3. Work Experience:

  • 2-3 years: 10 points
  • 4-5 years: 15 points
  • 6-7 years: 20 points
  • 8+ years: 25 points

4. English Language Proficiency:

  • IELTS score of 6+: 10 points
  • Higher scores may earn up to 20 points

5. Job Offer in New Zealand:

  • Fixed job offer: 50 to 200 points (depending on job type)
  • Occupation in demand: Additional points based on New Zealand’s ‘Essential Skills List’

6. Family Relationships:

  • Spouse/Partner with required skills: 10 points
  • Children under 24: 10 points

Minimum Points Required: 160+ to qualify for the Skilled Migrant Visa.
