Visa Validity

• The Canada Tourist Visa is valid for 5 years.

Key Requirements

The embassy evaluates two main aspects:

1. Why you are going to Canada
2. What will ensure your return to your home country

Step 1: Purpose of Travel

Step 2: Proof of Return to Home Country

You must demonstrate strong ties to your home country, such as:

1. Employment Stability

   • Proof of at least one year of employment at a company.
   • A letter from HR confirming your salary and job role.
   • If self-employed, a commercial register and tax card (must be at least 6 months old).

2. Financial Proof

   • A bank account with a minimum balance of 250,000 EGP (or equivalent in any currency).

3. Family Ties

   • Marriage certificate (if applicable).
   • Children’s school/university enrollment proof (strongly increases approval chances).

4. Fixed Assets

   • Ownership proof of a house, apartment, car, or gold investments.
   • Official notarized documents from the Real Estate Registry.

5. Travel History

   • Previous travel to European countries significantly strengthens your application.

• No interview is required for a Canada Tourist Visa.
