Application Process
Stage 1: University Application
- University Selection – We nominate five universities, and you select three for application.
- Admission Fees – Ranges from €80 to €150, covered within the service cost.
- Eligibility Requirements:
- Age & Academic Background – Based on university requirements.
- Language Proficiency – Minimum B1 level in German, Italian, Spanish, French, or Dutch (approved exams).
- Exam Preparation – We provide online courses and exam booking assistance.
- University Acceptance:
- Submit language exam results.
- Receive initial approval.
- Pay the first-semester tuition fee (€4,000 – €6,000), directly to the university account.
- Obtain final acceptance from the university.
Stage 2: Embassy Application
To secure a student visa, the following documents are required:
✅ University Acceptance Letter
✅ Bank Statement – Minimum €12,000 – €18,000 (or equivalent in any currency).
✅ Family Record & Birth Certificates
✅ Proof of Ties to Home Country – Property, vehicle, or land ownership (even if not in the student’s name).
✅ Police Clearance & Passport Photos
✅ Additional Documents – Prepared and submitted by us to ensure approval.
📌 Visa Processing Time:
The embassy typically responds within 15 days to 1 month after document submission.
